Everything about how it works, what you get, and what you can do with the output.
Upload your design as a PNG, JPG, or WEBP. Pick a scene from the library: posters, billboards, magazines, packaging, apparel, storefronts, screens. We place your artwork into the scene in seconds and hand back a finished mockup. No Photoshop, no plugins, no smart objects, no PSDs.
Yes. The Free plan gives you 3 mockups a month at 2K with a small watermark. Creator at $29 a month removes the watermark and unlocks 4K. Studio from $99 a month adds a commercial license so you can use the output in client work. Enterprise is priced to your volume.
A PSD mockup is a heavy file you download, open in Photoshop, swap the smart object, then wait for it to render. One edit can eat 15 minutes. The Mock House does the placement for you. You stay in the browser, get a result in seconds, and the quality matches a well-built PSD without the wrestling.
Posters, billboards, packaging, screens, apparel, totes, magazine spreads, social posts, subway ads, and storefronts. Every scene is shot like real campaign photography, not generic stock, and the library grows every week.
Yes. On most templates your artwork lands pixel for pixel onto the surface, so the type you upload is the type you see. We place it with a precise perspective warp rather than redrawing it, so fine type, logos, and small details hold up. On a few organic scenes like curled paper or fabric folds the render is a touch softer, but still clean at print resolution.
Each template tells you. When you pick one, the uploader shows the recommended ratio (like 4:5, 9:16, or 16:9) and a suggested pixel size. Match it to avoid stretching. There is also a built-in crop tool that locks to the template ratio for you.
Free and Creator plans cover personal use: portfolio shots, social posts, learning. Studio and Enterprise include a commercial license, so you can use the output in client decks, paid campaigns, products, and packaging. One thing to know: you cannot resell the mockups themselves as stock or templates on any plan.
Paid plans download at 4K, around 3840px on the long edge. That holds up for print at A3 or hero placements on the web. Free downloads at 2K with a small watermark. You can also export a transparent PNG where the scene supports it.
A few seconds per mockup once you hit Generate. Bulk mode runs a set of templates back to back with progress for each, which is handy for a brand audit or a launch deck across formats.
Yes, bulk mode is open to paid users. Upload one design, pick a set of templates, and the generator composites all of them in one pass. Each one still counts against your monthly quota.
Yes. You can pick templates, upload artwork, generate, and download from a phone. A tablet or laptop is more comfortable for fine-tuning multi-surface templates like cans or books with a cover and spine.
Yes. Every saved mockup gets a public link you can drop into Slack, iMessage, or email. The page shows the mockup full-bleed with a small "Made with The Mock House" credit.
